Ultimate Cozy Playlist

For those days when the weather outside is rainy or snowy and you’ve decided it’s time for a day-in, cozy music is essential.  Change into some warm sweatpants, grab a cup of tea, and check out these 6 songs that I’ve complied for the ultimate cozy playlist.

For a complete playlist to play on repeat, check out my Spotify playlist here

  1. Silver Lining // Mt. Joy

There’s nothing better than a folk inspired song with spot-on acoustic guitar to start out the playlist.

  1. Ophelia // The Lumineers

This song has been one of my favorites for years.  I love anything by The Lumineers and the piano in ‘Ophelia’ gives me goosebumps every time.

  1. Celeste // Ezra Vine

With its upbeat vibes, this song reminds me of a summer morning which is perfect to think about on those rainy days-in.

  1. Saturday Sun // Vance Joy

This is a relatively new discovery but now I play this song on repeat.  Positive and calming, this song is essential for a cozy mood.

  1. Wildfire // John Mayer

Channeling my inner love of folk music, this is the perfect mix of positivity and folk vibes.

  1. Scars // Sam Smith

Sam Smith’s newest album is a current obsession of mine.  Slowing it down for the last song on the playlist, this is one of the best songs for a day-in with a cup of tea.

What do you guys think of these songs?  Do you have any cozy playlist essentials?

Sincerely,

Lydia

I’m a fan of mood playlists:) LOVE Sam Smith, and The Lumineers and John Meyer always gives me a god vibe. The rest I don’t know but will listen – I love finding new music.
I am heavily into interesting covers for well known songs so there are always many of them on my playlist – currently the leading one is Dua lipa cover for “Do I want to know” of the arctic monkeys and 5 seconds to mars cover for Stay. Now that I think about it I should probably do a cover playlist:)
